Comfortable beds make for a restful night. Breakfast options are quite tasty, a good start to the day.

The water temperature gauge on the shower is unreliable, swinging from scalding hot to freezing cold. The room cleanliness leaves something to be desired. with peeling wallpaper and noticeable dirt, the aesthetic charm struggles to shine.

Recommend it for couples on a getaway

This was such a cosy little place. , Absolutely gorgeous. The prices of the small pub underneath are very good. We got to meet some of the locals who were so friendly. , They invited us for a game of pool and bought us ale. What an awesome evening this was! The owner is also such a cool guy. , Very helpful when we were looking for taxi. The breakfast was excellent too.

It wasn’t cheap,, but still acceptable.

great location

the carriers was a lovely spot, just a stone's throw from the pub and a short drive to salisbury. david was so helpful, making our stay much easier, especially with our elderly parents. breakfast was outstanding, and we got exactly what we asked for.

The deluxe double room was incredibly cozy, providing a warm atmosphere that made for a restful night. Despite some minor cleanliness issues, the attentive service from David truly stood out, making our family visit genuinely enjoyable. Breakfast was tasty and fulfilling, featuring delicious homemade biscuits that everyone loved. the shower temperature was hard to manage, swinging between extremes, which could be frustrating.

Charming place, welcoming host, David provided excellent local knowledge and recommended a lovely walk for the next morning. the on-site restaurant offered a fantastic dinner and top-notch breakfasts.
